The Department of Social Welfare and Community Development in collaboration with Ghana Fisheries Recovery Activity (GFRA) organised a community durbar in commemoration of World Day Against Child Labour 2023 at Gomoa Dago in the Gomoa West District. This event was organised on June 13, 2023, the event brought together the entire community of Dago for sensitization against all forms of child labour. In attendance were the traditional leadership of the community, assembly members, and the chief fisherman. Also present was Mr Martin Twumasi, Co-ordinating Director of the Gomoa West District Assembly, Directors of various Departments and Agencies, the Police Service, etc.
